Nearly 50 new homes will be created in Birkdale following a successful sale of land by Roach Estates.
The family-run estate agency was brought in to help bring the sale to fruition, after more than 40 years on the market.
The deal was signed earlier this month for £1.5m and land tests and construction are expected to start immediately to create the 49 new homes on the land.
Michael Roach Jnr, Director Roach Estates, said it was a great coup for the business.
“We have been in the business of property for over two decades so we know what it takes to see a deal through,” said Mike. “This was prime land, just sitting there and it needed a team with the right expertise to close it up for all parties involved.
“We are pleased to have worked with the landowners and key stakeholders to ensure this land will go to provide affordable and market homes to the local community - a true passion of ours here at Roach Estates.”
Established in 2005, Roach Estates currently manages hundreds of homes in North Liverpool and helps landlords with maintaining and growing their property portfolios.
Their latest deal comes at an exciting time for the Walton-based business, which has undergone a re-brand and is expanding and developing their catalogue of services to include auctioning.
